Obv.: bust of Khosroes I right; on the head a crown with a diadem, to the right a crescent with a star, to the left a star; short curly beard, hair tied back in a lock; beads on the neck (central one three triangular beads) and a second long chain around the neck; earring of three triangular beads. Pahlavi legend. Rev.: burning fire altar; left the ruler stands facing holding a barsom, right a priest stands facing holding a barsom; top left a star, top right a crescent; signs/monograms on both sides; pearl rim.
