Obverse: bust of Kavadh I facing right; wearing a crown topped by a crescent containing a globe, a crescent in front of the helmet, ribbons flowing from the helmet to right and left, stars on both sides of the helmet, short curly beard, curly hair tied back, an earring, beads and a long chain at the neck, ribbons flowing from behind the shoulders, crescents on both sides of the bust; three crescents with a star in the center outside the rim. Pahlavi inscription. Reverse: burning altar; at left the ruler/Arsaces standing facing, holding a sword; at right a priest standing facing, holding a sword; star at top left, crescent at top right, signs/monograms on both sides; pearl rim.
