Reverse: Under a crown, within a wreath entwined with a sash bearing the motto 'PRO FIDE - LEGE - ET - GREGE', a round five-field coat of arms with Poland (Orzel), Lithuania (Pogon) and the Poniatowski coat of arms (Ciolek); below on the sash the Order of the White Eagle; letters I. - S. at the sides; legend around: 'X EX MARCA PURA - COLONIEN. 1768.' — pearl border.
