Document seal; seals with an eagle; seals with provincial coats of arms; official seal., The image shows an embossed circular seal pressed into textured paper, featuring a raised eagle with outstretched wings and detailed feather texture, its head turned to one side and talons gripping curved objects; the paper and embossing are in shades of beige, tan, and light brown, with a few darker brown ink marks partially visible near the top edge.
