Seals with coat of arms; provincial coat of arms; official seal., The image shows a textured, rough beige or tan paper surface with an embossed circular seal featuring a raised design of a crowned bird with wings and a standing animal figure; there are a few darker brown ink marks and smudges scattered across the paper, and the embossing creates subtle shadows and highlights in shades of beige and light brown.
