In the rim is the inscription: KONIGLICH PREUS, SCH ADMIRALITA, SIEGEL, 1766. Prussia, Königsberg, seal., A close-up of textured paper in beige and tan tones with a raised, ornate embossed seal in the center made of slightly darker paper; the seal is mounted on a cross-shaped backing with petal-like cutouts extending outward, and faint brown cursive ink marks are visible behind and around the seal.
