Seal of the starost of the town of Lowicz (ca. 1789), Zurakowski, Witold (?-1927). Round imprint of the seal of the Lowicz stronghold. In the field of the seal, a crowned White Eagle with a scepter and an apple in its talons; on the chest, a shield probably bearing the coat of arms of Lowicz. In the rim, an inscription: SIGILLVM CASTRENSE LOVICIENSE, 1789. Poland., A textured beige paper surface with an embossed circular seal showing a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings and a crown above its head; the seal has a raised border and decorative elements around the eagle, and there is a curved dark ink mark near the top right along with a few strokes of dark handwriting visible near the top edge; colors visible include shades of beige, tan, brown, and dark brown.
