Obverse: two coats of arms shields; under the mitre a shield with a transverse band; under the bishop's mitre and crosier a four-field shield with the Lower Silesian Eagle and six lilies; rim inscription + CAROL.ERTZHERZOG.ZVE.OSTERREI; continuous inner rim; diagonal pearl outer rim. Reverse: inscription in six lines A1612./KLEINOT./GROSSEN.FREI/SCHISSENS./.NEIS./19 AVGVS with dots and crosses between words and a rosette above and below; diagonal pearl border; dated 1612. Duchy of Nysa (1302–1810, 1850), Silesia, Nysa; medal (or commemorative coin); diameter 22.6 mm; weight 3.46 g.
