Obverse: male bust in armour with a sash, wide ruff and long beard, turned right; rim inscription beginning with a rosette: 'CAROL.D:G.DVX.MVNST.ET.OLS:COM:GLA.' Reverse: five-field coat of arms of the Duchy of Ziebice–Olesnica, with the Podebrady (Podebradowicz) coat of arms in the heart field; rim inscription between pearl borders: 'DOMINVS (cross) FORTITVDO (cross) MEA (cross) 1.5.9.3.
