Lithuanian grosz on a Polish foot, Sigismund II Augustus (King of Poland; 1544–1572). Obverse: crowned male bust in armor turned right, inscription in half-circle 'SIGIS-AVG.REX' and at bottom in two lines 'POLO.MAG / DVX.L.' Reverse: Lithuanian Pogon (mounted knight) turned left, under a crown dividing the date 15-67, monogram consisting of the letters SA and the Columns of Gediminas coat of arms, which divide the rim inscription 'MONETA.MAGNI.DVCA.LI.' 1567. Coin from Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Poland–Lithuania). Diameter ca. 22–23 mm; weight 1.98 g.
