On the reverse: two ink prints of seals of the National Government, Department of the Administration of the Provinces of Lithuania — one with an eagle and pursuit, the other with the motto 'Equality, Freedom, Independence' and two hands in a handshake. Signed with initials 'EM', 1863. Receipt/security; dimensions 250 × 1141 mm.
