Thaler, Liborius Müller the Younger (1620–1642), Kantor, male busts in armour, eagles, George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640) — iconography. Obverse: torso facing right in a ruff and decorative armour girded with a sash, a sceptre in his right hand, the left hand resting on a helmet with a raised visor and plume standing on a table; the figure's head divides the inner border. In the rim, between the borders, an inscription beginning with a royal orb GEO, G.WILHEL.VGGMARC.Z.BRAN.DE.HEI.RO.REI.ERT.CA.VN. Reverse: Prussian eagle, on its breast in a crowned heart shield a monogram composed of the letters SA; on both sides of the eagle, the date numerals 16 - 20. In the rim, between the borders, an inscription beginning with a royal orb CHVR.I.PR.ZG,.VN.BE.SIPDWAISZKVIHB,.FZRGZD. Under the eagle's claws, on both sides L - M, 1620. Ducal Prussia (1525–1701). Coin: diameter 42.8 mm, weight 28.64 g, 30° axle.
