In the rim the inscription: PIECZEC KOMMISSYI CYWIL : WOYSK : POWIATOW KRAK : Y : PROSZ., 1790, Poland, seal, The image shows a close-up of textured, off-white paper with an embossed circular seal depicting a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings and a crown; the seal creates raised and indented relief patterns on the paper. Around the seal are partial curved outlines and decorative border details pressed into the surface. In the upper left area there is handwritten ink visible in a dark brown color with flowing cursive strokes, and a few scattered ink marks extend toward the center. The paper surface exhibits creases, small tears, and areas of irregular texture and wear, with subtle variations in shading from pale beige to light gray. A narrow dark strip appears along the right edge.
