Obverse: crowned bust of John Casimir facing right within a rim inscription divided at the top by a crown: IOAN:CAS:D:G:REX.POL.ET.SVE.MDLRP. Reverse: view of Torun with the city coat of arms held by angels at top; date and letters at bottom: 16HL59; rim inscription divided at the top by a triangle with an asterisk: *EX AVRO.SOLIDO.CIVIT:THORVNENS:FIERIF:.
