Torun donative — 4 ducats by Hans Dawid Lauer (active 1649–1669), 1659. Gold coin (weight 13.85 g). Obverse: in the circumference a crowned bust of John II Casimir Vasa (King of Poland; 1609–1672) turned to the right; in the rim an inscription divided at the top by a crown: IOAN:CAS:D:G:REX.POL.ET.SVE.MDLRP. Reverse: in the perimeter a view of Torun, at the top the city coat of arms held by angels, at the bottom the year and letters: 1659, in the rim an inscription divided at the top by a triangle with an asterisk: *EX AVRO.SOLIDO.CIVIT:THORVNENS:FIERI.F.
