The composition is enclosed in an oval in a double linear frame, with a double rectangular linear frame along the edge of the plate. The engraving was made by Father Stanislaw Czerski in Salanty in Samogitia. As a parish priest, with the help of a young assistant he adopted, he devoted himself to engraving images of saints with Samogitian inscriptions: because he engraved these images for his parishioners, who, as inhabitants of Samogitia, did not know any other language. After his death the plates, press and tools were transferred to Vilnius. Date: 1822–1832. Medium: engraving (graphic plate/matrix). Dimensions: height 7.5 cm, width 5.2 cm.
