In the rim five shields with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, Royal Prussia, Red Ruthenia and Austria. In the rim an inscription divided by coats of arms: SIGISM P REX PO LONIE MD LITHV 15 33. Reverse: Bust of Sigismund Augustus in a cap and crown. On the sides the date 15 33. On the rim the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, Royal Prussia, Red Ruthenia and Bona Sforza with inscription SIG AVG SECUND FILIVS REX PO LON.; 1533.
