The central figure wears a pinkish robe with a belt and a crownlike headpiece and has a beard, while to the right another bearded figure wears a green patterned robe and a head covering. To the far right a figure in a long flowing garment patterned with yellow and red shapes wears a cap and has long hair. To the left several figures wear cloaks, hoods, and simple tunics in muted beige and gray tones, and one figure at the far left wears a short tunic and boots. The drawing shows loose, sketchlike ink outlines with watercolor washes, and a narrow dark border frames the image.
