Maker: Alexander Lesser 1814–1884. Subjects: swords, edged weapons, Slavic material culture; militaria., A vertical illustration of a group of ornamental sword hilts and upper blades arranged across a light beige background, rendered in muted tones of green, tan, gray, and brown with darker outline strokes; a few hilts show circular decorative elements and curved shapes, one hilt has a row of round accents along its shaft, another has a flared crossguard with angular cutouts, and a couple of blade sections extend downward with subtle shading and varied edge profiles.
