At the lower center is an elaborate central coat of arms with metallic gold detailing, deep blue and green fields, and red accents, flanked by two seated allegorical female figures wearing robes in yellow and orange, each accompanied by a small child with light skin. The overall palette includes cream, gold, blue, green, red, brown, pale pink, and gray, and the image shows delicate ornamental flourishes and symmetrical decorative arrangements throughout.
