Obverse: Bust of Faustina I draped, facing right, legend D IVA - FAVSTINA around. Reverse: Ceres in a veil standing left, holding two short torches in her raised hands, legend AVGVSTA around, in SC. Struck after 141, Roman Empire; Rome mint. Bronze coin, diameter 32.5 mm, weight 28.40 g, axis 345°., A round, worn metal coin with a dark brown and greenish patina showing areas of lighter brown where the surface is more polished or corroded; the coin displays the raised profile of a person's head in the center with worn facial and hair details, and a slightly raised rim around the edge.
