Reverse: Two hands clasped together holding a winged caduceus and ears of corn, legend TR • P • COS • II. Iconography: hands joined on a caduceus and ears of corn agreement/symbol. Roman, 139. Mint: Rome. Coin; diameter 17.0–18.0 mm; weight 2.70 g; axis 165°., A single round metallic object is centered against a plain white background, showing a worn surface with irregular edges and a slightly raised rim. The object appears mostly gray with darker gray and brownish tones in the recessed areas, and lighter silvery highlights on the raised portions. The surface shows a central raised design consisting of intersecting flat shapes and lines, with a few small raised marks and shallow scratches scattered across the face. The overall texture looks rough and uneven, with areas of slight discoloration and patina.
