Bust of Alexander Severus in laurel wreath, armor and paludamentum facing right; beaded rim. Reverse: SALVSPVBLICA. Salus seated facing left, holding a patera in her right hand feeding a snake coiled around an altar, left hand on the backrest; beaded rim. Date: 222–228. Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Mint: Rome. Coin. Diameter: 18.5–19.0 mm. Weight: 3.05 g., A circular metallic object with a worn, uneven surface and raised, shallow relief showing a seated figure and a standing figure, both with draped clothing; the object appears silver-gray with darker gray shadows and lighter gray highlights, and shows a rough textured edge and subtle surface scratches.
