Reverse: VENVSCAELestis — Venus seated on a throne facing left, holding an apple in her right hand and a sceptre in her left; at her feet a child with outstretched arms, pearl border. Date: 218–222. Place of origin: Rome, Roman Empire. Coin; diameter 18.0–19.5 mm; weight 2.55 g., A circular metallic object with an uneven, worn edge showing a few small nicks and dents, featuring a raised profile of a person's head in relief facing right, with textured hair and a defined neck and shoulders; the surface shows varied shading and patina in tones of silver and gray with darker gray areas in the recesses, and lighter silvery highlights on the raised parts.
