Denarius, Elagabalus Roman emperor 218–222. Obv.: IVLIA MAESA AVG — Draped bust of Julia Maesa facing right, pearl border. Rev.: SAECVLI FELICITAS — Felicitas standing left; right hand holds a patera above a burning altar, left hand holds a long caduceus; star in right field, pearl border. Rome, 218–223. Coin; diameter 17.5–19.0 mm; weight 2.40 g., A round, worn metal object with a rough, uneven surface showing raised, irregular outlines that suggest the shapes of standing human figures and a smaller seated figure, with visible dents, scratches, and a small hole near the edge; the object is primarily dark gray with lighter gray highlights on raised areas and tiny hints of bluish discoloration in a few spots, set against a plain white background.
