Obv.: male bust in armour in profile to right; short hair, long pointed beard with sideburns. In rim an inscription beginning with a trefoil: -ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS; pearl border, plant motifs between words. Rev.: inscription in six lines in the pearl border: -III-/.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./-I544-; denomination and date between trefoil marks. 1544. Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg mint. Coin; diameter 21.4 mm; weight 2.48 g; axis 90°., A round metallic coin with a worn surface sits against a plain white background; the coin shows a raised rim and a series of incised shapes and markings forming rows across its face, with a textured, scratched patina. Visible colors are silver-gray on the coin with darker gray shadows in recessed areas and lighter silvery highlights on raised edges, set against a white background.
