Obv.: Male bust in armour in profile turned to the right; short hair, long beard with sideburns. In the rim an inscription beginning with a trefoil: -ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS; pearl border, plant motifs between the words. Rev.: In the pearl border an inscription in six lines: -III-.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./-I54Z-. The denomination and date are between the trefoil marks. 1542. Ducal Prussia 1525-1701, Königsberg mint. Coin; diameter 20.7 mm; weight 2.48 g; axis 90°., A circular metallic coin with a worn and slightly textured surface, showing raised design elements and recessed areas; the coin appears mainly silver and gray with darker gray patina in the recessed parts and lighter silver highlights on the raised edges; the rim has a beaded or dotted border and the face displays a pattern of rectangular raised blocks arranged in rows, separated by small raised dots and floral-like marks; the metal shows small scratches and uneven wear, and the overall background is white.
