Obverse: male bust in armour in profile facing right; short hair, beard with sideburns. Inscription around the rim: *ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS. Continuous border, floral motifs between words. Reverse: within a double continuous border an inscription in six lines: *III*/.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./*I540*. Date: 1540. Place: Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg mint. Coin; diameter 22.6 mm; weight 2.46 g; axis 225°., A round metallic object with a worn surface shown against a white background, displaying engraved lines and recessed areas; the object appears silver-gray with darker gray shadows in the depressions and lighter silvery highlights on the raised edges; the rim is slightly irregular and shows textured wear; the surface has small scratches and pitted marks, and the engraving creates rows of raised and recessed shapes across the face in a circular layout.
