Obverse: in an arcade supported by columns, topped with the coat of arms of Lviv, male bust in left profile, moustache, jacket on shoulders; at the bottom a book and a parchment scroll with a seal; on the left side an inscription in three lines. 1918. Ukraine, Lviv. Plaque. Dimensions: 133 mm; 182 mm., A bronze relief plaque shows the left-profile bust of a man with short hair and a mustache set within an arched architectural frame with a sunray pattern above; the man wears a collared jacket and is positioned above a folded scroll and a closed book at the base, with a small medallion hanging below. The plaque surface has a warm brown and golden bronze patina with darker brown shadows and slight greenish-gray oxidation in places, and the background behind the plaque is a smooth neutral gray.
