Obverse: male bust in armour in profile turned to the right; short hair, beard with sideburns. Inscription around the rim: *ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS. Continuous border, floral motifs between words. Reverse: in the continuous border an inscription in six lines: *III*/.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./*I539* 1539. Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg; coin. Diameter 22.2 mm, weight 2.48 g, axis 250°., A round metallic coin with a worn dark silver-gray surface and lighter silver highlights on raised areas, photographed against a white background; the coin shows a textured rim and a series of raised horizontal bands of lettering across its face, with indentations and surface scratches visible.
