Tibetan Buddhist art, graphic prints; book in the Tibetan pecha style, xylographic print in the student script dbu can. Two texts: first 13 folios leaf numbering 2–13 recto, first verso; second 11 folios incomplete leaf numbering 2–11 recto, first verso. Red-ink underlining on folios 1 verso; 2 recto and verso; 3 recto and verso; 7 verso; 8 recto; 11 recto; 13 recto; 14 verso. 19th century, Tibet. Graphics; 27.5 cm wide × 8.0 cm high., A rectangular beige manuscript spread open against a dark background showing two horizontal rectangular panels with hand-drawn black borders and narrow vertical margin boxes at the left and right edges; inside each panel there are dense lines of black script-like marks and several short strokes highlighted in red, with occasional smudges and ink blots. The paper shows aged discoloration and uneven edges with a folded corner and a small tear, and there are faint stains and spots including a pinkish stain along the central seam. Visible colors include beige, black, red, pink, and dark brown in the surrounding area.
