Graphic, width 25.5 cm, height 8.7 cm., A horizontal image showing two long rectangular cream-colored sheets placed one above the other against a dark background. Each sheet contains a framed rectangular block with dense, evenly spaced inked markings arranged in horizontal lines; the blocks are bordered by thin, darker rectangular outlines. The sheets have subtle creases and slightly worn edges with a thin yellow trim along the outer borders. The dark background contrasts with the pale cream of the sheets and the gray-black ink of the markings. The left edges of both sheets show a faint vertical strip of darker smudging.
