The central area shows a multi-armed deity seated above a kneeling or crouching figure with wings, flanked by other seated or standing figures placed symmetrically around it. A few smaller attendant figures are positioned in the upper corners and along the sides, some seated on lotus-like bases. The relief includes flowing garments, halo-like arches behind several figures, swirling foliage and cloud patterns, and a stylized lion or mythical beast near the lower center. The surface displays metallic brown and gold tones, with the raised ornamentation highlighted in bright gold and the background and border appearing in warm brown and copper hues.
