Belt clasp, Chinese, dragons, lizards, Qing 1644–1911. Handle flattened on the sides, decorated with a lizard-dragon motif. Jadeite with traces of chalcedony. Head carved in full plastic, convex relief. 17th–19th century, China. Belt buckle; height 2.3 cm, width 8.4 cm, depth 1.8 cm., A pale, smooth carved object rests on a light surface against a gradient gray background; the object is a long, rounded form with carved, curving motifs and a rounded end featuring raised circular shapes, displaying colors of creamy off-white, light beige, and patches of rusty brown, with subtle shadows beneath it.
