Belt clasp, Chinese, lizards zoological motif, Qing 1644–1911. Smooth, rounded handle. Milky-white jadeite, slightly translucent. Full-sculpture carved head, engraved. 17th–18th century, China. Belt buckle. Height 2.2 cm; width 10.5 cm; depth 2.1 cm., A smooth, curved object resembling an elongated animal form rests on a flat surface, showing a rounded head with subtle facial contours and a tapering body that loops gently; the object appears to be made of a polished, translucent material with a pale green color and a few slightly lighter patches, casting a soft shadow on the surface beneath, with the background transitioning from light gray near the surface to darker gray toward the top.
