Bronze ceremonial vessel decorated with lotus motifs, stylized FU happiness hieroglyphs, lotuses, bats, fo, tiger, meander ornament, and the one hundred antiquities baigu motif. Round wooden turned stand with five legs on a pedestal shaped like a lotus rosette. Function: ritual/ceremonial incense burner. Dimensions: incense burner height 21 cm, diameter 15 cm; base height 7.5 cm, width 18.4 cm., A bronze tripod vessel with a round body and a dark interior sits against a pale gray background; the vessel has a warm brown and dark bronze patina with subtle etched patterns on its surface, a flared rim supported by two short upright handles, and a ringed band encircling the upper and midsection, standing on three tapered legs that reflect faintly on the glossy surface below.
