The surface has a polished, glossy finish with lighter brown highlights and subtle black areas, and there are flowing carved lines and raised decorative motifs along the body. A large crescent-shaped element arches near the head, and a few sinuous, ribbon-like forms rise from the back. The base and the carved piece share similar dark brown and black tones with occasional warmer brown patches.
