Vase, Chinese, Qing dynasty 2nd half of the 18th century. Cloisonné enamel vessel with a long, wide neck, supported on a separate ring-shaped foot and a flattened spherical belly. Main decoration: dense, multicolored lotus tendril covering the entire surface. Foot decorated with an ornamental band of small flowers and leaves. Upper edge of the neck at the rim decorated with a border of ruyi-head motifs. Neck ends with a thick, ungilded metal ring. Height 37.8 cm; diameter 15.5 cm., A tall bulbous vase with a long narrow neck decorated all over in a repeating floral and scrolling vine pattern in shades of blue, turquoise, teal, red, white, yellow, green, purple, and brown, featuring stylized multi-petaled flowers and leaf-like motifs on a gray background.
