Japan: Kyoto, Awata., A rounded ceramic vessel with a pale cream background sits on three short gold-colored legs and has a gold-colored rim and handle; the body is decorated all around with hanging clusters of small flowers in shades of purple, blue, and pink with green leaves, and the surface shows a fine dotted texture; the gold-colored legs and handle have subtle floral embossing, and the vessel and its legs are reflected on a smooth gray surface beneath; the background is a uniform muted gray.
