Ceramics: Kyoto satsuma; vessel with wisteria, chrysanthemums, flowers; on three legs and with two handles; tripod censers/okimono. Height 7.8 cm; diameter 9.5 cm., An ornate, rounded lidded vessel resting on three short feet, with a domed lid topped by a rounded knob and a short curved handle; the upper section and feet are metallic gold, and the main body is a creamy off-white decorated with cascading floral motifs in shades of purple, blue, green, and pale pink, with delicate fine-line detailing and small dotted texture; the lid also features intricate floral patterns in gold and pale tones; the object sits on a reflective surface that mirrors its colors and shapes against a neutral gray background.
