The central bulbous midsection is primarily white with colorful painted birds and floral arrangements in shades of red, orange, green, purple, and black, with additional small green foliage and brown branches. The lower pedestal echoes the blue and white scrolling pattern with gold highlights and includes panels of floral imagery in red, orange, green, and purple, while the base edge is gilded in gold.
