Applied decoration: four different shells. 19th century ? Edo/Meiji, Japan. Decorative element. Height 1.0 cm; width 3.7 cm; depth 2.0 cm., A single thin oval ring with a textured golden surface is centered against a smooth gray background, with a small darker edge visible along part of its side.
