With an inscription. 17th century, China; vessel, height 24.0 cm, width 12.0 cm., An object with a rounded base sits centered against a pale gray background, showing a metallic surface with dark greenish-black patina and areas of worn gold along its rim and decorative raised patterns; the base interior appears darker with lighter worn spots and a small rectangular label area that is visually lighter than the surrounding metal; the object casts a soft reflection on the glossy surface beneath it.
