Subjects: butterflies, birds, plum trees, plant motifs; Japanese., A small rounded decorative vessel with a lid sits centered against a plain light gray background and casts a reflection below; the vessel has a short spout and a knobbed lid and is richly patterned with floral motifs and curved designs in colors including red, blue, black, white, green, gold, and turquoise, with metallic gold accents and a dark textured area around the spout, and a glossy finish that reflects light.
