Function: militaria/hunting shield., A large, shallow, dome-shaped metal object seen from the side with a gently flared rim and two raised rounded knobs on top; the metal surface is dark gray with subtle lighter gray highlights and shows intricate incised decorative patterns across the dome and rim; along the lower edge there is a layer of rough, fibrous padding in muted brown and beige tones visible underneath.
