Tsuba; height 6.5 cm, width 5.8 cm, depth 0.35 cm., An oval metallic object with an openwork lattice pattern and a raised beaded rim, shown against a light gray background; the metal appears dark gray with areas of lighter gray and small touches of gold; the lattice contains a central rectangular opening flanked by two rounded openings and decorated with stylized animal or bird figures and floral-like motifs integrated into the filigree.
