The paper has an aged, uneven texture with visible creases and slight tears along the edges, and areas of darker discoloration and faint smudging. The dominant colors are beige and tan of the paper, dark brown to black of the framed lines and markings, and hints of gray and faded brown in the worn areas, with the background appearing nearly black. The corners are slightly dog-eared and the margins show rough, fibrous edges and subtle stains.
