Two-piece torso armor with buckles, 4th century BC 375–325 BC, Southern Italy ?, weaponry., A large rectangular metal object with rounded corners fills the frame, showing a heavily weathered surface in shades of green, teal, blue-green, dark gray, and patches of brownish rust; the metal has a mottled, pitted texture with areas of lighter greenish corrosion and darker worn spots, and a faint central vertical ridge running from top to bottom; along the top and sides there are ornamental wavy metal strips and rivet holes, and a rusted metal loop is attached near the upper left edge; a hinged or protruding panel is visible on the right side with similar corrosion and decorative edging.
