Amulet in the shape of a crown of Lower Egypt. Between the back of the crown and the rod, a plane pierced with a hole., Late Period, 26th Dynasty, Egypt, 664–525 BC. Amulet; height 2.7 cm, width 1.3 cm., An irregularly shaped turquoise-green ceramic fragment with a rounded top edge and a hole near the upper center; the surface shows subtle darker speckles and worn areas, with a curved ridge along one side and a rounded protrusion at the lower end that appears broken; there are a few small spots of reddish discoloration on one side and the background is a uniform light gray.
