Aucissa-type fibula, Rome Empire, end of the 1st century BC–1st century. Complete brooch with a flat ring decorated with an elongated roller; earth-brown patina. Half of the thin roller, with a hole for attaching a needle, is broken off. Black Sea region origin; fibula; height 3.2 cm, width 5 cm, depth 1.4 cm, weight 6 g., An object resembling a curved metal pin or clasp sits against a plain light gray background; the metal shows a weathered, dark gray surface with areas of brownish rust and hints of greenish patina, a rounded knob at one end, a slender straight rod spanning the lower edge, and a semicircular arch forming the upper part, with rough, irregular textures and slight shadowing beneath the object.
